Using this site

LegalHQ provides general information about business and legal consulting. Use the site lawfully; do not interfere with security, send spam, impersonate others or submit information you are not entitled to share.

Enquiries and acceptance

An enquiry does not by itself establish an advocate–client relationship or professional engagement. Acceptance is subject to review of your needs, conflicts, capacity, professional authority and written agreement. Do not provide identity documents, passports, employee records, bank details, full contracts, land certificates or highly confidential facts.

Proposals and fees

Scope, service capacity, timelines and fees are specified in a proposal and agreed in writing before work starts.

Professional responsibilities

LegalHQ is a business and legal consulting brand operated by PT Nusantara Legal Konsultasi, providing a single coordination point for companies and investors. Work legally reserved to advocates, notaries, land deed officials (PPAT), tax advisers, engineers, environmental consultants or other regulated professionals is performed by, or coordinated with, appropriately authorised professionals. Scope, responsibility, fees and limitations are set out in the engagement agreement.
