Document checklist

Document checklist
  • Land title and ownership records
  • lease/sale agreement
  • site plan and coordinates
  • KKPR or applicable spatial document
  • estate approvals and utility information.
05 /

Document checklist

  • import/customs documentation if relevant
  • sector/product approvals
  • licence register and renewal dates
  • LKPM and other reporting where applicable

Your roadmap is tailored to the project. Not every document applies to every business; approvals are issued by the relevant authorities. Notarial work, tax, engineering, environmental studies, immigration and official charges are separately identified in the proposal. Company/factory setup is a separately scoped project, outside the monthly retainer.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions
you may have.

Do I need a monthly retainer?

No. You can choose a Legal Health Check or a separately scoped project. A retainer is suited to recurring needs.

What is a standard document?

One Indonesian-language document of up to 10 pages covering a single transaction or subject, with complexity assessed at intake. One consolidated revision within the original scope is included and counts towards the hourly allowance.

Is litigation included in the monthly plans?

Litigation, attendance before authorities, negotiations with opposing parties, formal demand letters, and active debt recovery require a separate proposal. An initial discussion may be covered by consultation hours.

What happens when the monthly allowance is used?

Additional work is discussed in advance. The proposed additional rate of IDR 750,000 per hour applies only after written approval. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
