Entry assessment & investment structure

Map the business activity and applicable KBLI, foreign ownership eligibility, PMA/PMDN route, capital requirements, and preferred location before incorporation.

Company incorporation

Coordinate incorporation with the appointed notary and supporting professionals, then organise the corporate records.

Set up the OSS profile, align business activities and risk levels, and track the applicable standard certificates, licences, and supporting permits.

Site & industrial-location due diligence

Review land or lease status, permitted use, spatial compatibility, industrial-estate requirements and the proposed facility before committing to the site.

Environmental readiness

Identify the applicable environmental route and coordinate technical preparation with qualified environmental specialists.

  • AMDAL or UKL-UPL and environmental approval, or SPPL as applicable
  • technical approvals and operational feasibility documents where required. These routes are alternatives, not a universal combined checklist.

Building & factory readiness

Coordinate building approvals and evidence of fitness for use with the building owner, designers and technical professionals.

Workforce & foreign personnel

Prepare the employment framework and assess requirements for foreign personnel before hiring or placement.

Operational readiness & continuing compliance

Close outstanding legal actions, assign responsible owners and hand over a compliance calendar for the operating company.

Your roadmap is tailored to the project. Not every document applies to every business; approvals are issued by the relevant authorities. Notarial work, tax, engineering, environmental studies, immigration and official charges are separately identified in the proposal. Company/factory setup is a separately scoped project, outside the monthly retainer.

Factory Location Legal Check

Before committing to purchase or lease, we review available land/title, ownership and lease documentation, spatial and land-use compatibility, industrial estate considerations, activity/KBLI and location compatibility, preliminary licensing implications, and visible legal issues. Preliminary findings may require authority verification or further technical assessment. LegalHQ is not a property broker.
